Can Playing Sports Help You Deal With Stress At Work? Being stressed is not good for you. Stress can lead to several problems. It can even lead to depression. Work-life can be quite stressful. Having to wake up every morning, rush to work, sit at your desk for hours, get mentally exhausted, worry about whether your presentation will go well, think about tomorrow’s work and then eventually get home. This can be such a hectic and stressful situation.
