This probably goes without saying, but it’s absolutely essential to carry a bottle of water with you to every game. Sipping on water during a break will allow you to replenish your body of all the fluids it lost during the game.
And drinking water at regular intervals during a workout helps to prevent lactic acid buildup that leads to cramps.
