It is extremely important to regulate body temperature while doing physical activity to avoid dehydration, muscle cramps, heat strokes etc.
During summer, light colours are preferred by most people as it keeps the body cooler. Darker colours are prefered in winter because it traps heat.
People usually wear layers of clothing and they remove these layers as they warm up. Caps and hats used especially in sunny places are to keep the sun out of their eyes.

Some fabrics pull away the sweat from your skin and others absorb it. Picking clothes with breathable fabrics allow your skin to breathe and keep your body cool.
Cotton clothing absorbs sweat, however, it does not allow quick evaporation of sweat which leaves it feeling heavy on you. Rubber or plastic based clothing do not let your skin breathe which results in high body temperature during the workout or sport.
Compression fabrics have tight-fitting fabrics which cover the skin and help blood flow.
5) Innerwear
Most women don’t take choosing innerwear seriously. However, this is a very important part of your outfit.
Choosing a sports bra that fits you is a priority. Wearing the wrong size may not only lead to discomfort but may also result in soft tissue damage.
