We need the stamina to do any activity or exercise. Endurance is a must to work our way through life also.

Endurance can be defined as the ability of a body to withstand physical exertion for a long duration. If your endurance is good, you will be able to resist various issues like disease, fatigue and stress.

By improving your physical power, you can also improve your mental power. You can increase your endurance by doing certain exercises that will dares your body to work harder.

Here are 5 exercises that you can perform to improve your stamina and endurance:

Jogging is also running at a slow pace. You are likely to burn more calories by jogging when compared to walking. This aerobic exercise increases your muscle strength, bone strength and cardio muscular strength.

It employs less pressure than running and is hence less stressful. You can jog for longer duration and will be able to develop working on your stamina.

Running is one of the easiest ways to improve your stamina and boost your metabolism. It will assist you in burning the excess fats reserved, as it improves the glycogen ability of your muscles but this may need you to run a longer distance.
