While there are many reasons that girls should play sports, here are the 5 that are more significant. However, many times girls lose out on joining in sports which would improve their physical state and emotional as well.

Playing sports helps girls do better in school. Girls, who play sports, are better at organizing, setting priorities, designating time, performing better in Mathematics and Science. Playing sports improve learning and memory function, concentration (all of this improves academics). It’s a common notion that sports will take up all your study time. Sometimes, you may be reluctant to hit the gym and work out.
